The following are names of property owners that have a lien filed for past due amounts in our subdivision. Past due accounts affect our subdivision operations. By not paying their fair share, we believe this puts an undue burden on all the others who do pay their water and road maintenance fees on time.

The names on this page will be removed when an agreed upon plan by both parties is in place to resolve the lien.
